Ilaria Cattabriga holds a PhD in History of Architecture from the University of Bologna where she graduated in 2016.
As a PhD candidate she was free researcher at MIT, on Leonardo Ricci’s American transfer, and at the University of Buenos Aires on the traumatic memory of the dictatorship in Argentina. As part of the centenary celebrations of Leonardo Ricci, she collaborated on architecture exhibitions on Leonardo Ricci in 2019 and 2020 at CSAC and in Florence. Regular participant at national and international conferences, she is currently engaged in research focusing on the urban policies and transformation of the historical city in Bologna and on the relations between Visual Design/Semiology and Architecture/Urban Design in the 1960s and 1970s.She is adjunct professor of History of Architecture at the Department of Architecture of the University of Bologna.
